Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a senior forecasting and revenue intelligence professional within Revenue Operations. You will deliver an independent view of the weekly Global Sales forecast, analyze pipeline health, and identify risks and opportunities for leadership review.

You will collaborate with the operations partner and the central Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence team to ensure consistent metrics and actionable insights across the sales org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial finance.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing performance for large sales organizations, including presenting insight to senior leaders.
• Strong SQL and advanced reporting skills with the ability to answer questions in real time.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce pipeline data.
• Ability to present findings that run counter to expectations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide the analysis behind the weekly Global Sales forecast, including risks and upside.
• Prepare the forecast for leadership reviews in tandem with the operations partner.
• Explain week-over-week movement by cause (pipeline, deals, size, timing).
• Analyze pipeline health including coverage, stage conversion, velocity, and slippage.
• Identify risks early with evidence and recommended responses.
• Measure forecast accuracy and bias for the business.
• Conduct deep dives by geography, segment, product, and channel.
• Support quarterly reviews and share insights with central teams.
