Job summary

CSG, Colombia Remote, seeks a Senior Business Development Associate to support renewal execution, revenue operations, and business growth. You will coordinate renewal documentation across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and drive revenue through lead generation and market research.

The role focuses on identifying workflow inefficiencies, implementing scalable processes, and developing AI-driven automation solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-driven business solutions and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or other BI/automation tools.
• Knowledge of customer success and revenue operations best practices.
• Experience supporting sales growth through market research, lead generation, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal operations, including preparation, processing, and coordination of renewal documentation across teams.
• Drive business growth through lead generation, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales materials.
• Lead operational improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Analyze financial data including billing, invoicing, and revenue trends to improve accuracy.
