Job summary

UserTesting Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to guide GTM teams through the later deal stages and manage full customer relationships, from demos and pricing to renewals and expansions.

You will build practical enablement programs for Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success, partnering with GTM leaders and leveraging AI insights. You’ll lead enablement across critical moments, develop scalable programs, and drive performance improvements using Gong, Planhat,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Enablement, or a similar GTM role.
• Hands-on experience with critical deal motions, including customer demos, negotiation, and pricing conversations.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including mutual action plans, QBRs, renewals, upsell, and expansion.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and content development skills for audiences from coaching groups to GTM events.
• Practical AI mindset and fluency with GTM systems such as Gong, Planhat, Showpad, Tableau, and Aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement strategies for demos, pricing, and negotiation to connect solutions to customer needs.
• Strengthen customer lifecycle execution with mutual action plans and consistent experiences across deals and renewals.
• Drive stronger QBRs, renewals, and expansion motions; enable CSMs to lead successful conversations.
• Use field insights to improve GTM performance and translate into targeted enablement and coaching.
• Lead scalable product and GTM enablement, keeping tools current and accessible for teams.
