Job summary

SpyCloud in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Pre-Sales to build AI-assisted enablement programs and coaching tools that help our Sales and SDR teams create and convert pipeline more effectively.

This role owns pre-sales enablement end-to-end — onboarding, ramp, and QBR support — delivered through Claude-based coaching, role-play simulations, and personalized content; you will partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement to scale programs across the Sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience building AI-assisted enablement tools and coaching content.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Ops, and SDR leaders.
• Design prospecting strategies that drive pipeline impact.
• Experience implementing MEDDPICC and sales methodologies.
• Ability to build scalable playbooks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Ramp Support for SDRs, AEs, and regional sales directors.
• Develop structured ramp milestones and measure rep readiness.
• Create talking points, discovery questions, and sales plays leveraging PMM updates.
• Lead design of outbound sequences and account-based collaboration.
• Build AI-assisted coaching and content to accelerate pipeline generation.
• Facilitate QBRs and bi-annual Sales Kickoff planning.
