Job summary

SpyCloud in Austin, TX seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize entitlements, Deal Desk, and Salesforce administration. You will build AI-enabled reporting, automate GTM workflows, and support Alliances while safeguarding data integrity.

The role collaborates across Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success to turn data into actionable insights, improve cycle times, and drive scalable revenue operations in a cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue/sales operations, deal desk, or entitlement mgmt, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience (Flows/automation); Claude a plus.
• Genuine interest and experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own entitlement management and deal desk operations end-to-end.
• Develop AI-driven reporting and automate GTM workflows.
• Support Alliances partner lifecycle operations and data quality.
• Maintain Salesforce with data governance and automation.
• Manage territory alignment and Sales Ops activities.
