Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Educator to design, develop, implement, and evaluate advanced educational programs for Patient Financial Services and other Revenue Cycle departments. This role serves as a subject matter expert and lead educational resource for revenue cycle operations, and related workflows.

This role supports onboarding, ongoing competency development, internal training programs, system education, quality initiatives, and performance-driven education.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: five years hospital/healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• Certification: CRCR, HFMA, AAHAM, CPC, CPB or related preferred.
• Experience with adult learning principles and training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze trends and KPIs to identify education opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, implementation, standardization, and evaluation of Revenue Cycle education programs across Revenue Cycle departments.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle Educators, department trainers, mentors, preceptors, and leaders to promote training standards.
