Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator to design and deliver training on access, revenue cycle processes, and related software to LVHN staff.

The role involves identifying gaps, creating targeted curricula, and using multiple delivery modalities including live, remote, and e-learning. The educator will tailor programs to complex navigation issues, ensure training aligns with billing standards, and collaborate with operational leads to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare, Business, Communications or related field required; or HS diploma with 4 years of related experience.
• 3 years of healthcare patient access or revenue cycle experience and prior training/education experience.
• Knowledge of workflow analysis, lean methodologies, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Delivers access, revenue cycle process, and software training to colleagues using examples to aid recollection.
• Develops customized educational materials and teaching plans across LMS or web pages.
• Ensures curriculum aligns with compliant billing standards and EMR go-lives.
• Collaborates with colleagues and supports insurance and registration helpdesk inquiries within 48 hours.
• Maintains knowledge of access and revenue cycle workflows and data analysis.
