R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking an experienced analytics professional to build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities in a remote USA setting.

You will apply advanced SQL, data modeling, and Epic Clarity knowledge to extract insights from complex revenue cycle environments, and translate findings into client-ready recommendations for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle analytics.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting).
• Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity data model, Resolute/Hospital Billing ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from revenue cycle environments.
• Apply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and process improvements.
• Translate analysis into client-ready reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities.
• Perform QA on metrics and reports for accuracy and credibility.
• Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts.
• Contribute thought leadership and mentorship to grow the analytics function.
