Job summary

R1 RCM Holdco Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to translate complex revenue cycle data into actionable insights for client delivery and operations.

You’ll leverage Epic Clarity, Resolute/Hospital Billing, and advanced SQL to surface trends and drive process improvements across Customer Operations and Central Operations. You will own reporting and analytics solutions, turning data into credible recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting).
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing.
• Advanced SQL skills — complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments.
• Apply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and process improvement opportunities.
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct account and performance reviews that surface actionable opportunities.
