Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights across revenue cycle operations.

You’ll develop reporting using SQL, Epic Clarity, and PB billing knowledge to support Customer Operations, Central Operations, and client stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior team members on complex analytics, ensure data accuracy, and translate findings into client-ready reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of PB revenue cycle operations including charge capture, coding, denials, and RVU reporting.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations, validation, and transformations.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools.
• Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data.
• Apply Epic Clarity and PB knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities across charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denials.
• Support physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance reporting.
• Analyze charge lag, coding accuracy, and provider-level denial trends.
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support account and performance reviews by identifying trends and actionable opportunities.
• Perform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Track follow-up actions and support execution against recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on reporting and analytics needs.
