Job summary

R1 is hiring for a US-based analytics professional to build and maintain reporting solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery. You will use SQL to extract and analyze revenue cycle data, applying Epic Clarity/Resolute PB knowledge to identify trends across charge capture, coding, denials, and denials management.

You will translate findings into client-ready reports, support performance reviews, and perform QA on metrics to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle analytics or healthcare analytics
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, data validation and transformations
• Experience with Epic Clarity and Resolute Professional Billing data
• Experience with Power BI and relational databases

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting/analytics solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery
• Translate analysis into client-ready reports and insights for technical/non-technical audiences
• QA metrics/reports for accuracy and consistency
• Support account and performance reviews with trend analysis and actionable insights
