R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to support revenue cycle operations and analytics.

You will turn operational data into actionable insights by leveraging SQL, Epic Clarity, and PB billing knowledge, delivering client-ready reporting for Customer Operations and Central Operations. You will work with senior analysts on complex analytics, develop reporting, and help drive performance improvements across charge capture, coding, and denials while communicating findings to diverse

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with PB revenue cycle operations including charge capture, coding, claim edits, denials, AR follow-up, and RVU reporting.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and Resolute Professional Billing data.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations, validation and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data.
• Apply Epic Clarity and PB billing knowledge to identify trends and opportunities across charge capture and denials.
• Support provider productivity reporting and RVU measurements.
• Analyze charge lag and coding accuracy to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate analysis into client-ready reports and insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders on reporting needs and follow-up actions.
