R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an experienced analytics leader to build, optimize, and maintain reporting solutions that support Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.

You will apply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge, use SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to turn complex data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

This US-based, on-site role in Illinois offers a competitive bonus plan and opportunities to mentor analysts and shape the analytics function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of revenue cycle analytics experience.
• Hands-on Epic Clarity knowledge, Resolute Hospital Billing preferred.
• Advanced SQL and data-modeling skills; Snowflake experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery.
• Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract and transform data from revenue cycle environments.
• Apply Epic Clarity knowledge to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate analysis into client-ready reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct account and performance reviews to surface opportunities.
• Perform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy.
• Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations.
• Serve as trusted analytics partner to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to growing the analytics function.
