Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to support revenue cycle analytics and client delivery. You will turn operational data into actionable insights using SQL, Epic Clarity, PB billing knowledge, and reporting tools.

You will partner with Customer Operations and Senior team members to develop client-ready reports, analyze trends, and drive improvements, while maintaining accuracy and managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data
• Apply Epic Clarity and professional/physician billing (PB) knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities across charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denials
• Support physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance reporting
• Analyze charge lag, coding accuracy, and provider-level denial trends
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Support account and performance reviews by identifying trends and actionable opportunities
• Perform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Track follow-up actions and support execution against recommendations
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on reporting and analytics needs
