Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is a US-based healthcare analytics leader seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to transform revenue cycle data into actionable insights.

You will leverage Epic Clarity, SQL, and Snowflake to support Customer Operations, Central Operations, and client delivery. You’ll independently shape analytics outputs, surface trends, and provide credible recommendations to improve financial performance and client success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting).
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design.
• Experience with Snowflake and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions.
• Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from revenue cycle environments.
• Apply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and improvements.
• Translate analysis into client-ready reporting and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct account and performance reviews that surface actionable opportunities.
• QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and credibility.
• Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts.
