Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr Analyst in Revenue Cycle Analytics to transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Population Health, BI, and coding teams to drive high-impact reporting initiatives and support ERP-driven process improvements.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Operations within Population Health. Strong Excel, SQL, and Epic reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in health care revenue cycle and/or population health reporting.
• 2+ years consulting or other applicable experience in healthcare/population health.
• Analytical and data savvy; proficient with Excel.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more high-impact reporting initiatives spanning claims analysis, demographic data integrity and coding accuracy.
• Analyze data from the EMR software and internal databases to create meaningful reports.
• Identify trends that could lead to process improvements and review with management.
• Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrate a collaborative working style and cross-functional teamwork.
