Job summary

You will lead a team responsible for data retrieval, auditing, and analysis, collaborating with Product Development, Exec Management, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare management leading a team of individual contributors, preferably focused on analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, creation, and development of reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Manage individual contributors responsible for data retrieval, auditing, and analysis.
• Communicate directly with key stakeholders, including Product Development, Executive Management, Compliance, and Auditing.
• Produce clear process documentation and workflow diagrams to support efficient and accurate operations.
