Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst II to join our team in Missouri. You will lead revenue cycle projects, evaluate processes, and prepare financial reporting to support operational decisions.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, the ability to train staff, and effective communication with stakeholders across multiple departments. A Bachelor's degree in healthcare/finance and a track record in revenue cycle is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, finance, or related field, or 8 years healthcare finance experience.
• MS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, MBA, MHA or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a healthcare/revenue cycle analyst role or 7 years within CoxHealth Revenue Integrity.
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Cycle Analyst projects and staff training.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
• Coordinate project work and provide back-up to the manager.
