CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics focused on EPIC reporting. The role leads reporting, dashboards and presentations, partnering with stakeholders including Product Development, Executives, Compliance and Auditing.

The ideal candidate has experience guiding a team of data professionals, with strong skills in Epic PB Resolute, Slicer Dicer, Caboodle, Cogito, and SQL/BigQuery. This remote role offers 40 hours weekly and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare analytics leadership experience.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, communicate and deliver data insights for improvement.
• Experience overseeing projects requiring complex problem solving and timelines.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and reporting variances, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, creation, and development of reporting, dashboards, and presentations for revenue cycle analytics.
• Manage individual contributors responsible for data retrieval, auditing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Executive Management, Compliance and Auditing.
• Produce clear process documentation and workflow diagrams for efficient operations.
• Guide the team in data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.
