Job summary

Universal Plant Services seeks a Senior Analyst/Manager – Revenue & Commercial Analytics to turn commercial activity into actionable insights. You will own pipeline tracking, forecasting, and KPI reporting across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and FP&A, driving data quality and consistency.

You will build repeatable Excel and Power BI reports, reconcile opportunities with quotes, POs, and jobs, and provide leadership with timely revenue visibility to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, Commercial Analytics, or related
• Experience supporting a complex B2B sales/service organization
• Proven experience building/maintaining commercial reporting, pipeline tracking, forecasting, KPI processes
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights for leadership
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekly pipeline review process and consolidate commercial forecasts with Ops and FP&A
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to reflect pipeline, bookings, revenue, and KPI trends
• Monitor CRM data quality and drive adoption with Sales leadership
• Translate sales activity into operational and financial reporting for leadership
• Improve visibility into timing and quality of future revenue and potential gaps
• Support market sizing and demand estimates using facility data and benchmarks
• Provide analytics to support incentive compensation calculations and performance reviews
• Collaborate with IT/Business Systems to enhance reporting tools and integrations
