Allied Universal Technology Services in Dallas, TX, seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to lead commercial planning, optimize sales processes, and align sales, marketing and customer success to accelerate growth.

You will own forecasting, data governance across Salesforce and CPQ, and build KPI dashboards while partnering with executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or related roles.
• Proficiency in CRM; CPQ; and Excel-based analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning and annual planning cycles.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate goals into initiatives.
• Ensure governance across SFDC, CPQ, and other platforms.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs like pipeline health and revenue metrics.
• Standardize workflows to drive efficiency and effective sales execution.
• Develop and co-lead executive-level business reviews.
