Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will build scalable data models, write SQL transformations, and develop Power BI dashboards to improve sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Analysis & Insights, you will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, BI, and IT to translate complex business needs into reliable analytical solutions and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, BI, Data Analytics, or related analytical function.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries, multiple tables, CTEs, window functions, transformations, and large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platform and modern data modeling practices.
• Experience developing dbt models or similar data transformation framework.
• Strong experience with Power BI including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, and executive reporting.
• Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate or similar platform.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM concepts (accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ownership, activity).
• Strong understanding of sales performance concepts including revenue, forecasting, pipeline, targets, attainment, productivity, and account management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and translate analytics into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain scalable data models supporting Sales Performance, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, and other Revenue Operations priorities.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL transformations and dbt models for reporting and recurring processes.
• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Own analytical solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain Sales Effectiveness KPIs and performance frameworks related to revenue, pipeline, forecasting, targets, and productivity.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, pipeline analysis, and commercial planning through advanced data modeling.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leaders to translate business questions into analytical approaches and insights.
• Design and maintain automated reporting and workflow solutions using Power Automate, Salesforce, and other technologies.
• Ensure data quality through reconciliation, validation, and governance with IT/BI teams.
