Job summary

United Site Services seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will develop scalable analytics, data models, and automated processes to improve sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, BI and IT to translate complex business needs into reliable analytical solutions, using SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Salesforce, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, BI, or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform and data modeling.
• Experience developing dbt models or similar frameworks.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling and executive reporting.
• Experience building automated workflows with Power Automate or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM concepts.
• Solid understanding of sales performance concepts and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data models supporting sales performance, forecasting, pipeline, and account health.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL transformations and dbt models for reporting and processes.
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and semantic models for executive reporting.
• Own analytical solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and frameworks related to revenue, pipeline, and attainment.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, pipeline analysis, and commercial planning.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to translate questions into analyses.
• Design and maintain automated reporting and workflow solutions using Power Automate and Salesforce.
