Empower Careers is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness education within employer-sponsored plans. You will guide participants through decision points, educate on distribution options, and deepen relationships with proactive outreach.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in financial services or advisory roles, FINRA registrations, and strong organizational skills. Remote nationwide flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations (or 63 & 65).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive retirement and financial wellness education to participants in employer-sponsored plans.
• Guide participants through decision points influencing long-term financial success.
• Engage in inbound and outbound calls with excellent follow-through.
