Job summary

Empower Careers is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to educate participants in employer-sponsored plans and guided retirement decisions. You will build relationships, explain plan options, and help customers reach long-term financial goals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in financial services, solid IRA knowledge, and proven sales experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with Microsoft Office and Salesforce proficiency

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combined with financial services exposure.
• Proven sales success in retirement planning or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of IRA products and qualified plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships by delivering personalized service and answer plan questions.
• Communicate policies clearly and accurately to customers.
• Retain assets through education on plan options.
• Guide customers through retirement decision options and tax implications.
• Provide optimal solutions in every interaction.
• Collaborate with peers to problem solve and deliver results.
• Utilize tools to identify best retirement planning strategies.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
