Empower LLC seeks a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver comprehensive retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants in employer-sponsored plans, guiding them through key decisions that affect their long-term financial health.

The role requires strong planning acumen, experience with managed account solutions, and proactive, personalized engagement to support overall financial well-being. A self-starter with excellent organization thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn Empower's record keeping system, Salesforce software.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required
• FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and respond to questions about plans and policies.
• Relay accurate information and provide clear communication of policies and procedures.
• Retain assets through education and guidance of plan options.
• Educate customers on distribution decisions and tax implications.
• Deliver optimal solutions to customers in every interaction.
• Collaborate with peers to problem solve and deliver results.
• Use tools to find best options for retirement planning needs.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
