Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments
• Demonstrated success in sales
• Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities under stress

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and respond to questions about plans and policies
• Relay accurate information and provide clear communication of policies and procedures
• Retain assets through education and guidance of plan options
• Educate customers on distribution decisions and tax implications of retirement investments
• Deliver optimal solutions to customers in every interaction
• Engage with peers to problem solve and deliver results
• Use tools to find best options for retirement-planning needs
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals
