Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years of financial services, retirement planning or advisory experience.
• Proven sales success and client-focused selling skills.
• Strong knowledge of IRAs and retirement plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient with Windows and Office; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness education to participants.
• Guide participants through plan options and distribution decisions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Respond to plan and policy questions with clear communication.
• Build relationships through proactive, personalized engagements.
• Collaborate with peers to solve problems and deliver results.
• Utilize tools to identify best retirement planning options.
