Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in the United States seeks a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales, educate plan participants and deliver service. You will develop and retain relationships with participants and engage in retirement planning activities across an assigned territory in Maricopa County, AZ.

Three years of related experience are required along with FINRA licenses/State Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in related field (insurance, business, marketing) preferred.
• Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 & 66 and Life & Health licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts seminars for participants within an assigned territory.
• Support Program Director in territory planning, execution strategies and team development.
• Provide counseling on defined contribution plans to drive sales growth and manage relationships.
