Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales, educate participants, and deliver exemplary service for retirement plans. You will develop and retain relationships with plan participants and manage education interactions across the territory.

The role requires strong presentation skills, knowledge of 457 plans, and licenses; travel within the territory is expected and opportunities to work from home may arise.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts seminars for potential and existing participants in territory.
• Supports Program Director in territory planning and team development.
• Counsels participants on features and benefits of defined contribution retirement plans to drive sales.
• Develops relationships with key contacts to expand plan products and services.
• Leads special projects related to marketing, enrollment and service processes.
• Works with home office teams to resolve issues and improve field actions.
