Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
• Supports Program Director in territory planning, execution strategies and team development.
• Provides counseling on defined contribution retirement plans to drive sales growth.
• Develops relationships with key entity contacts to expand plan products/services.
• Leads and supports Retirement Specialists; acts as a point of contact for inquiries and problem resolution.
• Leads special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment and administrative processes.
