Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services Consultant to deliver expert retirement plan knowledge and consultative service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will work with the Relationship Manager to ensure client satisfaction, resolve complex issues, and provide coaching to teammates to exceed client expectations.

The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships, proactive communication, and strong collaboration across departments to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels inside the organization and clients.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products to resolve complex issues.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals; communicate clearly throughout the service cycle.
