Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide consultative service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors, applying retirement plan expertise to resolve complex issues and deliver value. You will work with the Relationship Manager to enhance client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include mentoring peers, handling escalations, maintaining data security, and contributing to retention and growth while adhering to ERISA and IRS regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products and services.
• Coach and mentor other associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage escalated items and ensure timely resolution with client communication.
• Develop materials and training to support other departments on key topics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
