We are seeking a Client Services Consultant who will deliver consultative retirement plan service to partners and plan sponsors, acting as a subject matter expert and coaching others to ensure client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ASPPA/CEBS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate retirement plan and Ascensus product knowledge to resolve complex issues.
• Partner with Relationship Manager to deliver client satisfaction and value-added consulting.
• Mentor associates and serve as a technical resource across the organization.
