Job summary

Ascensus is a leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The Client Services Consultant will deliver consultative service, resolve complex client issues, and act as a technical resource within Ascensus, partnering with Relationship Managers to achieve client satisfaction.

This role requires solid knowledge of retirement plans, proven client service experience, and the ability to coach peers while maintaining high service levels and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years direct client experience in Retirement Services preferred.
• Certification or working towards ASPPA, CEBS etc. preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel); PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor others in retirement plan and client relations.
• Manage escalated items and ensure timely resolution with clients.
