The Cetera Retirement Plan Sales Consultant role drives growth for the Cetera branded 401(k) solution across the Southeast and Northeast territories. You will develop advisor relationships, identify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and present to plan sponsors to win employer-sponsored retirement business.

Must reside in the territory, travel 25-50%, and operate in a remote-capable environment. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 plus incentives, with compensation influenced by

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience with retirement plan products.
• Required: FINRA Series 65.
• Preferred: FINRA Series 7, 66, 63 and Insurance Licenses.

• Own and develop the Southeast and Northeast territories to achieve retirement plan sales and asset goals.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to build pipeline and adoption of Cetera branded 401(k) solution.
• Build relationships with Cetera advisors through proactive outreach, education, and sales consultation.
• Identify retirement plan opportunities within advisor practices and help advisors win new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Deliver presentations to advisors and business owners with competitive analysis and customized proposals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with timely follow-up to advisors and prospects.
• Partner with internal and external teams to support sales outcomes and implementation.
