Job summary

Cetera is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive employer-sponsored plan growth. You will manage the Southeast and Northeast territories, develop a territory sales plan, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery through close, delivering consultative guidance for Cetera's 401(k) solution.

Qualifications

7+ years of retirement plan industry experience including defined contribution sales support.
Understanding of financial markets and retirement plan regulations.
Excellent prospecting and closing skills, sales planning, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to achieve sales and asset goals.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to build pipeline and adoption of Cetera 401(k) solution.
Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and provide consultative advisor support.
Document sales activity, meetings, webinars, and campaigns to promote growth.
Collaborate with retirement plan specialists, platform teams, and regional growth teams.
