Cetera Retirement Plan seeks a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive employer-sponsored plan growth. You will build advisor relationships by phone, web, and in-person meetings, leveraging retirement plan knowledge and internal resources.

You will own the Southeast and Northeast territories, develop a pipeline for Cetera 401(k) solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and/or five years or more related experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, including experience supporting defined contribution retirement plan sales, consulting, or advisor-facing retirement plan solutions.
• Understanding of financial markets and retirement plan regulations.
• Must have excellent prospecting and closing skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, and market knowledge.
• Travel 25-50% and CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain advisor relationships through phone, web-based, and in-person meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal development through follow-up and close.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to build pipeline and increase adoption of Cetera branded 401(k) solutions.
• Document sales activity and opportunities to promote business growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support advisor needs and sales opportunities.
