Cetera is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive growth of employer-sponsored retirement plan business. This role focuses on developing advisor relationships across the Southeast and Northeast, leveraging retirement plan product knowledge and internal resources to meet sales and asset goals.

The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, provide consultative support, and collaborate with regional teams to promote Cetera’s 401(k)

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retirement plan industry experience, including defined contribution sales.
• Strong prospecting, closing, sales planning, and customer needs alignment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to build pipeline and increase adoption of Cetera branded 401(k) solution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal development through follow-up and close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors to help drive employer-sponsored retirement plan opportunities.
• Develop and foster advisor relationships through phone, web-based, and in-person meetings.
• Support proposal generation and assist with preparation for point-of-sale client meetings.
• Provide product and solution consulting related to employer-sponsored retirement plans, including defined contribution plan opportunities.
