Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive growth of employer-sponsored retirement plan business. You will develop advisor relationships through phone, webinars, and in-person visits, delivering guidance on opportunities, proposals, and plan adoption.

You will own Southeast and Northeast territories, build pipelines, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored 401(k) solutions

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and/or five years or more related experience in retirement plan sales or advisory support.
• Excellent prospecting and closing skills with sales planning and market knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to achieve retirement plan sales and asset goals.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to build pipeline and adoption of Cetera 401(k) solution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal development through follow-up and close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors to drive employer-sponsored opportunities.
• Develop and foster advisor relationships through phone, web-based, and in-person meetings.
• Support proposal generation and preparation for client meetings.
• Provide product/solution consulting for employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support advisor needs and sales opportunities.
• Document sales activity, meetings, webinars, and campaigns to promote growth.
• Promote fiduciary programs and consult with advisors on benefits for plan sponsors.
• Conduct tool and service demonstrations for advisors as needed.
