• Serve as SME on qualified retirement plans including design, compliance, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, sponsors, and internal partners on regulatory requirements.
• Support sponsors using pre-approved retirement plan documents.
• Recommend remediation strategies and plan design alternatives balancing rules and client needs.
• Consult on complex retirement plan issues involving mergers, acquisitions, and fiduciary governance.
• Develop communications on legislative and regulatory developments for stakeholders.
