Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr.

Advanced Markets Consultant within Retirement Services to provide regulatory expertise, interpret IRC, ERISA, and state retirement plan laws, and deliver strategic guidance on qualified retirement plans. You will analyze and apply provisions to resolve complex inquiries, support business initiatives, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant plan design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience with qualified retirement plans and related rules.
• Experience interpreting and applying IRC and ERISA requirements.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan compliance, operations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across Retirement Services.

Responsabilités

• Research and interpret IRC/ERISA provisions to provide consultative support.
• Serve as SME on qualified retirement plans, including design and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, sponsors, and internal partners on regulatory requirements.
• Support sponsors using pre-approved retirement plan documents.
• Recommend remediation strategies and plan design alternatives balancing regulatory needs and client objectives.
• Consult on complex issues involving mergers, controlled groups, corporate transactions, and terminations.
• Provide fiduciary governance and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Deliver training materials and client communications on regulatory developments.
• Develop client-facing communications and technical bulletins.
