Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Mathematics, Business, or related technical field and 1 year of experience with qualified pension plans.
• Strong data analytics and statistical calculation abilities.
• Experience with FT Williams software and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to internal staff and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete qualified retirement plan administration from data collection through Form 5500 delivery.
• Collaborate with team members, consultants and management while training to manage a client list.
• Communicate with clients and advisors to discuss plan document permissions, allocations, and eligibility requirements.
• Learn and apply Secure and Secure 2.0 regulation updates and effects on Qualified Retirement Plans.
