Job summary

Networks Connect is seeking an experienced DB/DC Plan Administrator to manage full A to Z administration for defined benefit and defined contribution plans. The initial caseload will be 80 to 100 plans, with evaluation and adjustments after the first year, serving as the primary contact for plan sponsors, financial advisors, and CPAs.

This role emphasizes deep plan understanding over mechanical processing in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of A to Z plan administration for DC and DB plans
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Math, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or Finance
• Proficiency in all contribution allocation methods including cross-testing
• Knowledge of defined benefit plan funding concepts with actuarial coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sponsors and advisors

Responsibilities

• Review census data and confirm eligibility for DC/DB plans
• Calculate employer contributions and minimums for DC plans
• Coordinate with actuarial team for valuations and calculations
• Perform compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 401(a)(4), 410(b))
• Prepare and file Form 5500 and schedules
• Prepare annual plan valuations and participant statements
• Manage plan amendments and restatements with legal teams
• Maintain communication with sponsors, accountants, advisors
