Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking an experienced retirement plan administrator and consultant to manage a block of defined contribution plans. You will perform plan testing, allocate employer contributions, and ensure compliant administration for clients.

Collaborating with relationship managers, advisors, and auditors, you will review filings (Forms 5500, 5330, 8955-SSA, 1099-R) and assist in plan design while staying current on ERISA developments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of directly related experience in retirement plan administration and consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional credentials preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS rules, and qualified plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a block of defined contribution plans end-to-end, including testing and contributions.
• Review filings and ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy of plan data.
• Support plan design, client servicing, and collaboration with advisors and auditors.
• Interpret plan provisions and stay current on ERISA developments.
• Assist with plan conversions, takeovers, and relationship management.
