Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of senior management experience.
• Minimum five (5) years in a medical clinic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of retina clinic operations and related research activities.
• Provide ongoing feedback and communication with staff; organize regular clinic meetings.
• Plan and strategize to maximize medication rebates and ensure proper billing documentation.
• Manage equipment maintenance and vendor contracts; coordinate travel for oversight as needed.
• Ensure confidential patient information is protected and HIPAA compliant.
• Foster teamwork to ensure exceptional patient experience and quality care.
