Job summary

California Retina Consultants in Bakersfield/Visalia seeks a Clinic Manager, Central Valley to oversee clinical operations and staff across sites. You will drive patient-centered care, optimize workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring a diverse team.

The role requires ophthalmic care knowledge, strong leadership, and experience with EMR/PM systems, including NextGen, to support billing and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in ophthalmic care or retina settings is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: hire, train, supervise and evaluate clinical and admin staff.
• Oversee clinic operations across multiple sites to optimize productivity.
• Develop and deliver training for technicians and staff.
• Ensure quality, HIPAA/compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to drive revenue and cost control.
