Swooped is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Retail & Wholesale in the United States. You will lead day-to-day operational execution across retail and wholesale distributor accounts, coordinating with Inventory, Logistics, Systems, Purchasing and Sales to ensure accurate fulfillment and data integrity.

Formación

• 4 to 7 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations, customer supply chain, or channel operations at a CPG or D2C brand.
• Direct operational experience with EDI, ERP systems, and retailer PIM or vendor portals.
• Experience managing operational performance metrics for retail accounts, including fill rates, chargebacks, and sell-through visibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operational execution, processes, and systems across retail and wholesale distributor accounts.
• Drive account-level sell-through and shelf placement performance by monitoring velocity and identifying risks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally on retail requirements, including EDI, PIM and vendor portal data, case pack compliance, and PO execution.
• Manage EDI health across all accounts with testing, exception handling, and data accuracy with Systems team.
• Maintain retailer PIM and vendor portal data, ensuring SKU dimensions, weights, copy, and imagery are current.
• Monitor fill rates, on-time shipments, and chargeback exposure, resolving discrepancies with Quality and Compliance.
• Oversee warehouse execution for retail and wholesale orders, coordinating with DC and 3PL teams for accurate pick/pack/labels.
