C&S Wholesale Grocers, a major player in US grocery supply, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will oversee the daily operations of multiple warehouse areas, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while coaching a team of 15+ associates and driving PDP-driven development.

The role requires experience in warehouse management systems and a focus on KPI-driven performance, safety audits, and efficient inventory handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years related warehouse experience
• Team lead or supervisory experience with 15+ associates desirable
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas
• Instruct and oversee associates on quality, safety and sanitation practices
• Develop and coach employees using PDPs and progressive counseling
• Lead KPI management for Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality
• Support safety investigations and audit processes
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on performance development and mentoring
