Job summary

Woof seeks a Customer Operations Manager in Denver to own the end-to-end health of wholesale customer accounts. You will manage orders from PO to invoicing, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse Ops, and Finance, and drive issue resolution with a high degree of ownership.

You will optimize EDI transactions, ensure OTIF and fill rates, and implement scalable processes while maintaining accurate invoicing and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Customer Operations, Sales Operations, wholesale operations, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational relationship and overall health of assigned customer accounts.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end from PO receipt to invoicing.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to meet OTIF goals.
• Review remittances, rebates, deductions, and chargebacks and reconcile them.
